I love entrepreneurial stories, which explains why I own every book on Richard Branson ever written.

Here’s a really inspired explanation of how AirBnB company came about, found success and took some chances that in so many different areas that one has to question how it all worked… but it did.

Here’s some of my take aways:

• Write everything down and go back to those ideas often (they used a Moleskin, I prefer Rhodia myself)
• Sometimes all your ideas may seem random, but quite often they’re more connected than we realize
• Don’t just go meet your consumers, go connect with them. And allow those customers to have a say and ability to help shape what you’ve created. That level of ownership can only translate into innovation and a crazy amount of loyalty.

Well worth a watch to inspire your own hustle.
